Privacy policy
What we collect, what we don't, and what happens to it. This covers the Boldcall app, the web version and this site. All three are run by Agori Labs Inc.

This is how Boldcall works as it's built today. A lawyer will look it over before we hit the app stores. Spot something off? Tell us at [email protected].
The quick version
- You can look around without an account. Nothing you do while looking around leaves your phone.
- Once you join, we keep what the game needs: how you sign in, your name, your groups and what you post.
- Picks stay secret till reveal day. Our server doesn't hand them out early, not even to whoever made the call.
- We don't read your contacts, track your location or take payments.
- Election picks get extra protection. They never go into ads, analytics or exports.
- Want out? Delete your account in the app. Your personal info is gone within 30 days.
Who we are
Boldcall is made by Agori Labs Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. We decide how your data gets used, so we're responsible for it. Questions go to [email protected].
Boldcall is played in groups you get invited to. What you post in a group is seen by that group, and by us only when we need it to run the app. If we ever add a way to share things more widely, we'll say so here and in the app first.
What we collect

What stays on your phone
Some stuff never reaches us at all:
- Looking around. If you browse without an account, it all stays on your device.
- Your stats page that shows how you do against the group. It's worked out on your phone and never sent to us.
- Your look settings, like dark mode.
- Face ID or fingerprint. Your phone handles that. We never see it.
What we don't collect
- Payment info. There's no money in Boldcall, so there's nothing to pay with. Here's why.
- Your contacts. You invite people by sharing a link yourself.
- Your exact location. If you add a state, that's all we get.
- Your birthday. We don't ask. More on teens and parents.
- Your chats in other apps. When you share a link to WhatsApp or iMessage, your phone does that. We don't see the chat.
We haven't sold personal info or shared it for targeted ads, as US state privacy laws define those. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first and give you a way to opt out.
Secret picks
Until reveal day, our server only sends you the call, its date, how many people picked, and your pick. Everyone else's side isn't in there at all, so there's nothing to dig out of the app. On reveal day, everyone's picks show up for the group at the same time.
To be straight with you: picks sit in our database, and a few engineers could technically look them up. We don't, our support tools don't show them early, and staff access is logged. How we keep picks secret.
Your name on public rankings
Boldcall has team and global rankings for the calls we post. Your name only shows up there if you switch it on, and it's off by default. With it off, you still rank, just as something like "A Bills fan". You can switch it off again anytime.
Calls your group makes (the ones about your friends) never show up outside the group.
Group totals
Points depend on how many people picked each side, so we count picks. Those counts score your call and show your group the split on reveal day. For calls Boldcall posts, they also show how everyone picked. Anything shown outside your group is a total, and if fewer than 50 people are in a slice, we don't show it. We never show anyone's individual pick outside their group, and we never show a split before reveal day.
Election picks
Your home state plus your 2026 election picks could hint at your politics. Some states treat that as sensitive, and we treat it that way everywhere. Election picks and home state:
- are only used to run the game you chose to play;
- are never used for ads or targeting of any kind;
- are never sold, licensed or handed to data brokers;
- never go into analytics or crash reports;
- never go into exports, partner reports or research;
- only show up outside your group as totals of 50+ people.
Inside your group, an election pick works like any other: secret till reveal day, then your group sees it. Don't want your friends knowing how you called a race? Skip that call. If a state needs your OK before we handle this kind of data, we'll ask first. More in the election rules.
Who we share with
We only share personal info when:
- A company helps us run Boldcall. They can only use it for that job. The list is below.
- It's part of the game. Your group sees what you post.
- The law requires it and the request is valid and specific.
- Someone's safety is at risk. That includes reporting child exploitation to NCMEC, which the law requires.
- Boldcall changes hands. If Agori Labs or Boldcall is bought or merged, your data goes with it, and so do the promises on this page. We'll tell you before a different policy applies.
- You ask us to, or we've told you on this page first.

How long we keep things

Deleting your account
Open the You tab and tap Delete account. No guilt trip. All the details, plus how to do it without the app, are on delete your account.
You're signed out everywhere and pulled off the rankings right away. Your sign-in info, name, settings, trash talk and call text are gone within 30 days. Your picks stay as "a former member" with nothing tying them to you. Points depend on how many people picked each side, so wiping picks would change your friends' scores after the fact.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you what we have on you and send you a copy;
- fix anything that's wrong;
- delete it;
- stop using it in ways you're allowed to object to.
Some US states make these legal rights and add a right to appeal. See the US state privacy notice. Email [email protected]. We'll confirm within 10 days and answer within 45 (we try for 30). We might send a code to your sign-in to make sure it's you. It's free, and it never changes how Boldcall works for you.
Notifications: turn them off in the app or in your phone's settings. Quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) are on by default.
Global Privacy Control: we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing.
Kids and teens
Boldcall is for people 13 and older. It isn't made for kids under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their info. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it. Think a kid under 13 is using Boldcall? Email [email protected].
We don't ask anyone's age, so the settings you'd want for a teen are on for everyone. If an app store shares an age range or parent consent status because a state requires it, we follow it. More on teens and parents.
Keeping it safe
Everything is encrypted on the way and while stored. The database won't hand over anything unless you're in the group. Staff need two-step sign-in, and every look is logged. Nothing online is 100% safe, though. If a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you and the right regulators as the law requires. More on security.
Where your data lives
Boldcall is for the US right now, and your data is stored in the US. If you use it from somewhere else, your data comes to the US, where the rules might be different from home. We'll update this before we launch anywhere else.
Changes and contact
If we change something that matters, we'll update the date up top, log it on policy updates, and tell you in the app before it kicks in. We won't start using data you already gave us in a totally new way without asking.
